From founding to growing
My entrepreneurial journey began with Punto & Virgola, a nonprofit I co-founded to research how therapeutic play could support children with motor and cognitive disabilities. We worked with pediatricians, therapists, and families to design emotionally meaningful tools - transforming home therapy into playful, parent-guided experiences.
As the need for more scalable impact grew, I co-founded Therability, a startup that brought these tools to a wider audience. We transitioned from physical toys to digital solutions, culminating in Future Heroes, a gamified SEL platform used in classrooms to help children build emotional and global awareness through play.
Each project built on the last - from research to real-world application, from nonprofit insight to product-driven growth. Together, they shaped how I design: with purpose, adaptability, and a desire to turn meaningful problems into actionable, emotionally intelligent solutions.
