Goal
The goal was to translate the brand’s visual identity into a practical system that ambassadors could easily use when creating content, sharing experiences, and promoting the program across social media and local events.
Challenge
Former and alumni ambassadors play a key role in amplifying brand awareness and building trust within their communities. However, without clear guidance, content created by ambassadors can easily become inconsistent or disconnected from the brand.
The challenge was to design a toolkit that balanced creative freedom with brand consistency, enabling ambassadors to express their personal stories while still reinforcing the brand’s identity.




Key takeaway
One of the most interesting challenges in this project was designing a system that ambassadors would actually want to use. It pushed me to think less about control and more about empowerment - creating brand online and offline assets that allow young people to express themselves while still strengthening the brand.
